Our Vision

The Vision of Harvestime Church

Harvestime Church is a Bible- believing, multi-cultural, student-friendly, family oriented, Christ-centred, apostolic and outreaching church in Virginia Water, Surrey. It is a place where people are built up in the knowledge of the Lord to be strong and equipped to fulfil the purposes of God for their lives. People are helped, encouraged and strengthened to be all that God wants them to be. We believe everyone has a destiny and therefore seek to challenge every believer to discover and develop their gifting to fulfil their destinies in God.

People are healed, relationships are restored, lives are given direction and meaning, and the character of Christ is formed in them through training and opportunities to serve. Through our network of cells, one-on-one relationships, discipleship and our Christ-centred services, we strive to realize our vision.

Our vision is “to raise people of creativity and wisdom walking by faith and in victory, seeing to the advancement of God’s Kingdom in every sphere of human existence. A people of integrity and transparent honesty, walking in God’s love and radiating His glory, reaching out to others for reconciliation and reaching up to God to be carriers of His will on earth.”

Our plan is to win, consolidate, disciple and send mature sons and daughters of God into the harvest field of the world and see them multiplied over and over again. The aim of our teaching is to lay the right foundation of the authority of the Word in peoples’ lives. We believe the local church is like a household for the expression of God’s Kingdom. All who come into alignment with God’s grace and purposes in the house will not only discover their areas of gifting and service, they will also enjoy the apostolic grace in all areas of their lives.
